My journey in the air conditioning industry began when I left school at 16, working on cooling systems for large data centres. Those early years gave me a solid foundation in professional air conditioning installations and servicing.

At 19, I joined the Royal Corps of Signals in the British Army, where I proudly served for five years. During my service I travelled around the world, worked alongside incredible people and gained valuable skills in discipline, problem solving and delivering high standards under pressure.

After leaving the Army and returning to civilian life, my wife and I chose to settle on the beautiful South Devon coast in Torbay. Although I had experience in air conditioning before joining the military, I wanted to ensure my technical knowledge was completely up to date. I spent several years working for an established air conditioning company, rebuilding my hands-on experience and gaining further industry knowledge before taking the leap to start my own business.
